You decide what goes. Always.

Nothing is preselected

Every cleanup starts empty. You review exact paths before anything moves.

Review before removal

Mac files go to Trash; photos go to Recently Deleted. Smart Clean deletes only caches and logs apps rebuild, and says so first. Some iPhone file providers require permanent deletion, with an extra confirmation.

Your files stay on your device

File and photo scans run locally. Optional usage statistics and crash reports help improve the app; you can turn them off in Settings.

Questions

Why does it ask for Full Disk Access?

macOS hides Mail, device backups, the Trash and some app data until you allow it. Without access you still get results, clearly marked as partial.

Does it empty my Trash?

No. Items you review and remove move to the Trash and stay there until you empty it. The one exception is Smart Clean, which deletes caches, logs, and build files straight away to free space now, since apps rebuild them; it tells you first, and Settings can send them to the Trash instead.

Is it safe to delete caches?

Apps and build tools rebuild caches as needed. Quit affected apps first. Xcode archives and device backups are listed but worth keeping if you still need them.

What can the iPhone app see?

Only your photo library and the folders you choose. iOS keeps other apps' data private, so for per-app sizes open Settings, General, iPhone Storage.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. Pro is $15 once. There are no renewals and nothing to cancel.

Can I use one key on Mac and iPhone?

Yes. A license key works on up to 3 Macs and all your iPhones. Enter it in Settings › Pro. Moving to a new Mac? Remove the key from the old one first, or remove it from the new Mac when it asks. If you buy Pro in the iPhone app instead, sign in with the same Apple ID on your Mac to unlock it there.

I lost my license key.

Enter the email you used at checkout on the license page and we'll send it again.

How do refunds work?

Bought on the website? Contact us within 14 days for a full refund. App Store refund requests go through Apple. See our refund policy.

What do I need to run it?

macOS 14 Sonoma or later on Mac, and iOS 17 or later on iPhone.
